Hans Dhondt is co-head of the IP team of the Belgian law firm JANSON. He has more than 25 years of experience in IP law, with a strong focus on litigation. Hans has handled numerous cases before the Belgian courts, arbitration panels, the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He is also an arbitrator and third party decider at CEPANI (the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation). Hans regularly publishes and lectures on IP matters. Hans was admitted to the Brussels bar in 1998 and to the Ghent bar in 2012. He is ranked as an IP specialist in IAM Patent, WTR, IP Stars, Legal500 and Chambers and Partners.
