Partner, Attorney at Law, Noerr Alicante IP, S.L., Alicante (Spain) Tobias is managing partner of Noerr’s Alicante office and heads the firm‘s 42-strong IP Group. He specialises in trade marks and designs, with a particular expertise in, among others, European Union trade marks, international trade mark protection and litigation and proceedings before the Courts of the EU in Luxembourg.

Noerr’s IP team won the IP Firm of the Year and the Firm of the Year for Trademarks and Unfair Competition at the JUVE Awards 2015. Tobias was elected Lawyer of the Year for IP 2014 in Spain by Best Lawyers and is also listed in Chambers Global and World Trademark Review‘s WTR 1000.
